Huntsman Elite not working after opening Synapse 3

After updating the Huntsman Elite firmware to the latest available version, I'm having problems every time I turn on the computer.
When Synapse 3 opens when starting windows, my keyboard stops responding, so I have to disconnect and reconnect the usb every time I turn on the computer.
It's been a very annoying situation. Because before updating the firmware this did not happen. And worse, I didn't find any way to go back to the previous firmware.

The keyboard is recognized by Synapse, but it doesn't work. Only the RGB is lit. And with that I need to connect and disconnect the usb every time i turn on the computer.
I would like some help on how I can request this, or go back to the previous firmware.

Hey did you ever figure this out?  Running into the same issue.

Same issue for me. I have tried a clean reinstall of Synapse, deleting the drivers from device manager and restarting, I even tried the “New Synapse” and it still isn't working.

If synapse is open, the Keyboard as light and nothing else.

This started after I updated the firmware, which I now know was mistake.

Same issue here… but I did not do a firmware of the keybord, just the Synapse update

i also have the same problem after upgrading to the latest firmware, right now im working without razer synapse until this issue is fixed,

just an additional info, this unit is on unraid win11 vm

I to am having the same issue, as soon as Synapse loads it stops functioning. Mine already had the latest firmware

Same here and with the synapse beta, can either disconnect and reconnect USB each time, bit of a pain to be honest or, if I exit all apps, keyboard works again but the lights aren’t controlled.

Same issue here. I have tried everything. What a complete garbage application. I’m done with Razer.. Don’t hold your breath for them to respond here with a solution. If they have inept software developers do you really think their support and R&D team is going to be any better at providing a solution? If you call support I bet you would spend days, if not weeks going back and forth with them blaming everything but their product.

RESOLUTION: Buy a different brand, throw all your Razer peripherals in the trash.
