Huntsman elite number pad 3 key has a light blue light stuck all the time.
Any help would be much appreciated on this matter. It has happened recently and I have no idea what would cause this issue to happen. it does not stay blue because it will mix the colors with the correct color. it will dim and brighten.

Issues like these are typically hardware-related. That said, you can try to perform a clean installation of Synapse to check if this has anything to do with junk files. I also highly recommend using a newly registered Razer ID to test. Don't hesitate to PM me if the problem persists.
