Huntsman Elite turned into hot garbage juice

So I bought this $200 keyboard about two years ago, and it's now completely unusable. I'm assuming the optomechanical keys weren't perfected before they took this to market, and now they're causing a single keystroke to input the letter multiple times on multiple keys. I spend more time backspacing than typing. In addition, the RGB on the wrist rest has gone haywire and flickers constantly. Tried to contact Razer about their functionally terrible product, but they won't even let me send a message to support because it's out of warranty. Which seems a bit crazy; a $200 keyboard should probably last more than a year, but I guess they realize these were NOT meant to last and don't want to hear about it? Or at least not unless you pay them to listen? Has anyone had similar problems? I'm assuming it's a mechanical issue, but I had something happen on a different keyboard once that ended up being an issue with Synapse. Hoping to find a solution to this instead of just wasting money with a company that won't even talk to customers out of warranty.
