Huntsman Elite Volume Rocker Issues

Hi, I have owned a Huntsman Elite keyboard for a number of years now. Whenever I use the volume rocker, it seems to ghost a bit. Issue seems a bit random, but makes it difficult to adjust the volume. Sometimes when I turn the volume up, it staggers and ends up turning the volume down. The volume adjustment is very jittery and inconsistent. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I suspect something is wrong with it but it's out of warranty. Thanks! Jake

      Does it behave the same without Synapse in the background? For now, let's try cleaning your keyboard first by using a can of air compress to remove build-up dust. Here's a guide on how to clean your device. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device.
