Hello - Just received a brand new Huntsman Elite keyboard straight from Razer.
Strange issue - If the wrist pad is plugged in, my FN key (and any other key I assign as a hypershift engager) does nothing. For instance, if I hit FN+T, windows simply thinks I typed "T": doesn't even register that the FN even exists.
I have performed full, entire reinstalls of my devices, drivers, Razer Software, and removed all file folders before reinstalling: twice now. When I do this, the issue is not present. But, as soon as I restart my PC - as soon as windows boots up fresh with all devices and software/drivers already installed - the issues is back to stay. A couple times, I let Windows do its thing for a couple minutes, after I logged in, before I ran Razer Synapse and this also seemed to remedy the issue (meaning I disabled Synapse on startup and ran it after a few minutes that I had been logged in to my Windows account.)
Please help!

There used to be an issue where some keys become unresponsive or stuck when the wrist rest isn't properly attached. You may be experiencing a similar issue. Have you tried updating the firmware of the keyboard? In any case, please send me the serial number of the keyboard so I can give you the firmware updater.
