I recently purchased the Huntsman US Mercury Edition keyboard off the razerstore. It costs 299 NZD for me. When I unpacked it, I noticed there was a scratch on the top right.
It didn't affect performance, so I just ignored it.
I just now noticed the } key has { printed on it.
This keyboard isn't cheap, and to have mistakes like this brand new is disappointing. The scratch I can allow to slide as it's hard to even notice at certain angles, but the key cap is triggering my OCD. Is there a way for Razer to send a replacement key cap at least?
