Hi there! Thanks for posting your Hunstman Mini concern here. Please perform the following and see it helps:



a. Ensure to update your computer's from both Razer Synapse and Windows update.

b. Ensure that your keyboard is connected directly to the computer and not on a USB hub. If it's a PC, please use the rear USB port.

c. Disable or exit Razer Synapse on the System Tray.

d. Restart your computer and test your device again. If possible, test the device on another PC.

maybe i changed the keyboard profiles creating confusion

Thanks for confirming. And yes, that's possible. Please simplify or redo your profile to rule out the issue. Should the issue persists, please try your account using a different PC while using your Huntsman Mini and see how it goes. Else, send me a PM.
