I have a Huntsman keyboard that was purchased in Australia in December 2019. Ever since I got the keyboard it has had issues with repeated keystrokes. Sometimes the keystroke will repeat indefinitely until I tap the key again. I also have issues with keystrokes not being registered, even though the key is well beyond the actuation point. These problems have only gotten worse over time.
- I have Synapse installed in Windows 10. The problem also occurs in Ubuntu.
- I have tried taking off the keycaps and cleaning them.
Is the unit faulty, or is this expected behavior for the Huntsman keyboard?
Secondary to this issue:
Trying to contact through Razer support (https://support.razer.com/warranty-support/) does not work. The serial number is not recognized and trying to submit a more general inquiry is met with "Network error." This occurs independently of the browser (Firefox, Chrome, Brave).

Just try to use firmware updater,
maybe it will fix your issue.
Thanks for the suggestion. The keyboard I have is not the Elite version and is already updated to the latest firmware from https://support.razer.com/articles/1663349131/.
