i just got the huntman v2 everything else works but the media keys, the scroll wheel, will scroll websites instead of changing volume even tho its set in synapse to change volume up and down does not mute and the play/pause next track last track dont do anything

Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please try connecting the mouse to another USB or PC and see if the issue persists. Otherwise, you can reset the keyboard using the Razer Synapse settings. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
