Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless keeps Disconnecting

Hi everyone,

The keyboard disconnects and reconnects every few seconds, since I bought it 2 days ago. The disconnection is accompanied by the following notification: usb device not recognized the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. I have reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled synapse, tried with synapse closed, updated the bios, connected the keyboard to different usb ports on the back, tried another cable, formatted my pc, installed windows from 0 but nothing worked.

Based on the steps that you already tried, it's apparent that your keyboard is defective. I would suggest you have it replaced as soon as you can. If you purchased it directly from Razer, you can PM me the serial number and I will start a case for a replacement request. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
