Hi, I have a weird problem with my keyboard.

When I set the light power to about 70-100%, and start any game, the keyboard disconnects instantly, but when I lower it to 0-65% everything works perfectly fine. Also, if I change the usb port, the values I mentioned get even lower and the keyboards disconnect at 50,40% depending on the port. Turning off Synapse does nothing. So does reinstalling software, changing usb cables, ports and PCs. I’ve got literally no idea what it might be.

 

I have the same problem, I just turned off lights completely but thanks to you, I can leave it at 65% now without problem. I had this bug for over a year now, but it’s not in all games, if you manage to fix it for good pls give me an update.
