My Razer Huntsman V2 TKL has developed an RGB hardware issue affecting two keys: W and D.
Both keys/switches work normally for typing, but the green RGB channel is completely non-functional on both keys.
I tested the affected keys in Razer Synapse at 100% intensity:
- Red
#FF0000— works normally - Blue
#0000FF— works normally - Green
#00FF00— completely dark
Other keys display green normally.
The issue affects both W and D, while their key/switch functionality remains completely normal.
The keyboard went out of its 2-year warranty approximately one month ago.
Is there any possibility of a repair, replacement, or goodwill exception given that the warranty recently expired?
