huntsman v2 TKL in synapse profile cannot transfer to on-board memory

huntsman v2 TKL in synapse, my profile cannot transfer to on-board memory as the software suggest, I cannot drag the profile to memory slots, but after I unplug and plug it in again, the slot is renamed, but still have that exclaimation mark on the right.. and I still cannot drag directly to the on-board memory slots, it will show this error message as in the image. huntsman v2 TKL - cannot drag profile to memory slots. https://i.postimg.cc/0yvRmDW2/Untitled-1.jpg synapse version 3.7.0630 https://i.postimg.cc/0yCgCjFG/Screenshot-1.png huntsman Tournament Edition - this keyboard worked. I tried this keyboard it still working fine, and this new version of synapse fixed one annoying but small issue, which is, if synapse was launched first, then I plug in Huntsman TE it will show in synapse but we cannot access by clicking the keyboard legend or "keyboard" link above.... wierdly this 0630 version fixed it, we can hot swap this keyboard.... please help please help I want both of my Huntsman TE and V2 TKL working....

    Please perform the clean reinstallation. Once done, download and run the Razer Driver Cleanup tool from this link. Restart your computer and ensure to reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0.
