I downloaded synapse 4 and when the app is launched the app loads keyboard presets. when the preset downloads were complete my keyboard keeps disconnecting (rgb off, and has to load presets again) then reconnecting again. I tried synapse repair, re-installation, tried to delete my device from device manager, tried older versions of synapse but nothing seems to work.

Huntsman v3 Pro syn
I reported that this was happening with my Razer Huntsman v3 Pro back in October 2024, went through 3 cases that were escalated to their software team and was just told they’d fix it eventually. I paid for a keyboard that has all the promised features I can’t even use :/ none of my friends want to buy razer after seeing me deal with this and get ignored by the software team.
