Hyperpolling not being detected on razer synapse

The dongle it self connects to my mouse (DAV3). When I plug in the hyperpolling dongle its not registering so i can’t access the 4k polling. 1k polling is the highest I can go. The led on the hyper polling hasn't turned on when plugged in. Not sure if it Faulty or I'm doing something wrong.

    Did you already try updating the firmware of your Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. If that didn’t help, let me know through PM and provide the serial number so I can verify its model. Thanks!
