Hypershift custom key not working when pressed with Shift / Alt

so Im using the 12 button razer naga trinity mouse. I have mapped button 1 to control+E when in hypershift that button is u. So far so good. the problem is when I hold down shift in hypershift mode and press the button 1 inead of U i get Ctrl+Shift+E How do I fix this? when I exit all apps for systems tray and use the on board memory the commads work fine. Help

    From your description, it sounds like Synapse is running another profile instead of what you've set. I highly recommend that you do a clean install to get rid of the obsolete configuration. PM me if you need further assistance.
