Hyperspeed dongles connection issues??

Hello all, So I have the Blackwindow v3 and Naga Pro. What is the range supposed to be on these Dongles? I keep having mouse stuttering like its connecting and disconnecting on and off. Also if I kick my feet up lean back and place my keyboard on my lap that just fails to work at all the back of my case is seven feet away maybe eight if we're pushing it. Are they really this bad at any reasonable range am I going to truly have to get a little usb extender to place on my desk like wth. I have updated all firmware and software any help would be appreciated. Edit: And I've always tried running them in one Dongle as a hope that maybe they were just interfering with one another but doesn't seem that helped either.
