Hi Razer Insiders, I recently bought a Razer Kraken X from Shopee. I accidentally scratched the activation code too roughly with a coin. I would like to request a code generation ticket request, as I saw many recent responses to other buyers with the same issue as mine. Can anyone assist me? Thanks.

    Hi, I also have the same issue, I have bought a Razer Kraken from Amazon, and accidentally damaged the activation code while trying to scratch it.

    Let me verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for code generation. Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. Don't forget to include a photo of the scratched card.
