While scraping off the grey layer of the code, the code got destroyed and is now unable to be identified. Pls help

Do send me the serial number of your device via PM, together with the email address associated with your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
