Hi! Have a bad luck today by scratching my activation code for 7.1. Can Razer send me a newone, or somehow activate it. Hope you can help me with restoring my activaion code. Good luck.

To secure your headset information, RAZER web admin have removed the S/N and P/N Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
  • Photo of the damaged Activation Code
