I am trying to Register my Blackshark V2 X Headset, it says this product already registered.

Hello, 

I just bought a Razerblackshar V2x from a Retailer. When I try to register the product it gives an error like "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" therefore I am here.

 

Kindly needing your assistance thank you !
