How do I get the activation code if I did not buy the headset directly from razer but from a second seller? I have registered my headset on razer id but still cannot find the code anywhere.

    The activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your Razer ID. Therefore, if the previous owner has already used the code on his account, then there's not much that I can do. Should you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
