I bought kraken x light, trying to register but place of purchase, the country i bought is missing

Hello,

before I had  tons  of problems with Razer and I still have. I bought my kraken x light and when I try to register, I cant find Russia as a place of purchase.

I am trying to register it because this product is  not working properly without Razer`s 7.1 surround app. 

I need help again dear Razer support team.
