I bought THX spatial software but no code is sent to me.

I already contacted support section but they tell me to contact gold&silver section(why?) It's been 3 days and I haven't got any replies from razer since then. Can anyone help me with this ? Also I already attached the payment bill from paypal in the form and there are no history payment in my razer account so maybe the transaction didn't get through ?
