I can`t activate 7.1 surround sound with te code that comes in the scratch card
Hi, i buy a brand new Razer Kraken X Lite - Essential Wired Gaming Headset and as it says in the title, im not being able to activate the 7.1 surround sound with te code that comes in the scratch card, if someone could help me ill be grateful.

Hello! Thanks for making this thread. Have you registered your Razer Kraken X? Please send me the following:
a. A photo showing the error while activating the code.
b. A photo showing the source of the code.
c. The email address that is associated to your Razer ID.
d. The serial number of your device that starts with "SN".
