i can't change DPI since yesterday.

hello so i played fine yesterday DPI worked great. now today when i started my pc it wont change DPI, so i uninstalled the mouse, uninstalled the drivers, installed them again after a restart. removed all traces of razer/synapse and reset the mouse. and still it wont change my DPI. it's stuck at 800 dpi believe. what could have caused this?

    Please indicate which Razer mouse you're experiencing this with. I highly recommend creating new profiles, if not an entirely new Razer ID to test. We may be dealing with corrupt cloud-saved config files.
