I CAN'T FIND MY ACTIVATE CODE

I have a Kraken 7.1 Chroma. My friend sold this headset for me, and I downloaded the 7.1 surround sound (THE SOFTWARE) but I have no idea where I can find my activate code. I registered the headset and doesn't come any code on my email. Someone can help me?
