last April I’ve purchased Razer black shark V2 X from an authorized dealer. I have completely registered my product-on-product list and connected to 7.1 surrounding sound still I’m using 7.1.
but today when I entered to my Razer Id here, I was unable to find my v2 X and I tried to register again to then A red pop un notification came from the bottom that the device is already registered. but as you can see in the Screen shot there is no product in my products list.

I need a support to solve this thing immediately.
Please help me.
