I can't order my Hammerhead BT

I bought a Razer Hammerhead BT with razer silver. They gave me the receipt with the voucher code in it. I followed the instructions. When I got to the razer store, I added to cart the Razer Hammerhead BT. In the page where there's a button called "CHECKOUT", there was this part of the page that says "Have a promo code?" and I guessed that that's where I should enter my voucher code. It said "You have entered an invalid promo code." Please help.
