I can't register my viper ultimate and charging dock

I bought both product on July 19th in Japan I tried register viper ultimate and charging dock but system said item serial number does not match product number. please help me figure out this problem. VIPER ULTIMATE P/No (*Omitted) Serial number starts with (*Omitted) ~~~ (total 15 letters) CHARGING DOCK P/No (*Omitted) Serial number starts with (*Omitted) ~~~(total 15 letters)
