I can't register the headset Razer Blackshark v2 X

Hello, dear Razer team, I'm new here and I'm glad to start our journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem activating my Black Shark V2 X headphones. I am shown the message "This product has already been registered. If you have not registered it, please contact Razer support". I can't get the activation code 7.1 without registration

Return it and get from more viable source.

Yes, return it.

it’s impossible it came from overseas but i still got the serial numbers and everything needed for getting back that account again

I also have a serial number, and there is no way to return it. I take it we'll be without 7.1?

I also have a serial number, and there is no way to return it. I take it we'll be without 7.1?

that’d be the worst however, i saw that one post and that one moderator here helped him by sending proof of the box serial numbers and everything needed for recovering that “already registered account”
