Dear Support,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and encountered an issue while attempting to register it on your website. The serial number provided with the headset prompted a message indicating that it has already been registered. 
I need to register the product to get the activation code to access the 7.1 channel sound.
please guide me
