I can't update my razer kiyo

Unfortunately, I cannot update my razer kiyo using the firmware update software (v2.3.2_r2).
Once I open it I get the words, “To proceed with the update, please contact,” and the update button turns out not to be clickable.
(On the bottom left it says the latest version is 2.3.2 but my device is still at 1.0.1)

    It’s been 6 months and 0 replies to this user’s issue. I have the exact same issue.

     

    I also have a Razer Kiyo (not Pro, original version) with firmware v1.0.1. The camera Trying to run the firmware updater to update to v2.3.2 and I get the exact same message as this user to contact support. Well, here we are contacting support! Why won’t the updater just update the firmware on the device?! Why do we have to contact support? And you don’t appear to have a phone# I can call either.
