Since the new synapse 3 update everything doesnt work like before, first of all it doesnt let me import profiles, then i cant even make my own profile its like blocked i have no idea what to do im going mad its been a month please help razer support on discord cant help, neither any of youtube videos, i know for sure that the keyboard and mouse themselves arent broken because they light up fine while synapse is turned off, but in the default setting of spectrum cycle, and that sucks
