I just bought a new Razer Blackshark v2x on Amazon, but I cannot register it. The website tells me it was already registered, but it is brand new. The support chat is totally unresponsive too. How can I register this headset so I can activate surround 7.1?

The code surround is in the box of your headphones, for the registration, you can returned the headphones or contact a razer/amazon support assistant.
