Where did you purchase your headset? Please be aware that products from unauthorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray-market goods. It's important to purchase from authorized Razer resellers.

If you need the activation code, please check the Razer BlackShark V2 X packaging for the scratch card. If it is missing, I suggest returning the device to the reseller. Take care for now!
