I CANNOT REGISTER MY PRODUCT RAZER DEVICE BECAUSE THE SERIAL NUMBER IS ALREADY REGISTERED, CAN YOU HELP ME?

I just buy a new Headset, but when i want to register product in Razer ID, it says this device is already registered. 

How do i get activation code if i cant register the product ...
