I cant find the product number on my headset?(Razer Kraken X)

I cant find the product number anywhere on my headset, I have looked all over the web for information about the location of the product code but keep getting videos about how to remove the padding of the headset. Can a staff member please tell me where it is, I've been up 1 hour straight looking for the whereabouts to this product code, you guys/gals are a good company and I've purchased many of your products for years and I trust I get a response back from you guys/gals. A Proud customer

    The product number should be right below S/N. You can also send me the serial number of your headset so I can give you the product number.

    I tried removing the left ear cup but the Product Number isn't there. I am also in need of assistance.

    I am trying to register and I have the Serial Number, but not the Product Number. Both are needed to register. HELP!
