Hello, I have a v3 pro hypersense headset and as of today, my headset has stopped charging at all, I have to use a different cable, USB port etc. I tried them all but failed again. My headset only stays on for 3-5 seconds and turns off again. My personal opinion is that I need to update the firmware on my headset, but I cannot update it in any application I downloaded. This looks more like a software malfunction than a mechanical malfunction. Can you please help?

At first, the headphones stopped showing up in Synapse. After the update they don’t connect to the dongle. After the last (next) update, the headphones also stopped turning on (the light doesn’t even blink), but there is a micro sound that they are trying to turn on. I think that the firmware that should go to the dongle was installed on the headphones and vice versa. What to do ? Pairing Utility also does not work because it says “unable to connect”
