I cant register my blackshar v2 x it says its already registred


Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation .

Most probably, you have purchased a counterfeit headset. I’ll double-check everything just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
