I cant reload my razer gold balance because when i try to reload with ultimate and gaming bites gift card i receive the error “This purchase Transaction cannot be found”
I have tried reloading on multiple accounts
different browsers and devices
and it still shows the same error
i have already made a ticket but they wont respond
