I cant use my razercare

I own a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset and am trying to use my RazerCare warranty to replace a damaged unit. To proceed with the warranty claim, I needed the serial number, which I found on the product box but isn’t working. I have the order number and multiple emails of proof of me not only buying the headset but also purchasing razercare.
