My black shark v2 did not come with an activation card for the 7.1 surround sound. I already registered my product but the e-mail that arrived just confirms that my razer product registration is complete, and it only has the serial number. Do I have to wait for a few days or contact support? If I have to contact support, where should I go to contact them?

BlackShark V2 comes with THX Spatial audio, which doesn't require any activation, because it's embedded into Synapse 3.

The Razer BlackShark V2 is THX spatial audio enabled which can be activated through the Synapse application. You can check this guide for more detailed information on how to use this feature.
