I did not receive my activation code for razer surround
Good afternoon, I did not receive my activation code for razer surround when purchasing my razer kraken pro v2. I'm having trouble activating surround on windows after I format it.

I never got my code after registering even though the chat support person said I would get in 24 hours. Another chat person just told me it's not available and don't know when it would be available. Totally unacceptable!
If I'm correct, activation code is a 20 digit code that comes on the package of the product.
