I did not receive the 7.1 audio activation code email. Help me please!

On May 3, I bought Razer Kraken V4 headphones and registered them with you, but I never received an activation code. I only received a notification about product registration in the mail.

    Please read: 

    Kraken V4 is eligible for THX Spatial, which is available out of box through Synapse 4.

    Good, but when installing THX Spatial separately, it also asks for activation
