I’m having a problem in my OTP codes and so I cannot proceed to my purchase and also cannot change my 2-step authentication or get my backup codes because again no OTP is arriving. I need help please. Thanks

      I was trying to buy packs that is only available for few hours and now I will miss it because of not receiving OTPs and unable to change authentication steps. This is frustrating. 😓

      Same here. Did your problem resolved? I couldn't receive any SMS as well. Now I cannot do anything with my account since every transaction even updating any details needed to have an OTP via SMS but nothing arrives.
