when i go to "unlock razer surround pro" it opens the tab and says to register a razer product, I did it, and receved a email, but not the code. What can i do? Tks.

    Hello, I have a problem, I have bought RAZER KRAKEN PRO V2 and I downloaded the program, the website shows that when I register the product I will get access and I got nothing.
