So I have a Blackshark V2 device that I purchased on July 3/2024, and today when I went to register with my account I could not, and I was surprised to learn that the product had already been registered with an unknown account, which is strange because I bought the sealed earphone and did not register it in my account, so I tried to contact support, but to no avail, so far. I haven't heard from them, so I was hoping to reach out to Razer support here and ask for help so I could finally link the headphones to my personal account.
