hello guys long story short i forgot my authentication code. how can i reset it or view my barcode again.cant top up diamonds. btw im new here .and my razor account is also new

    Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

    • S/N
    • P/N
    • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)

      @easyvineFuchsiaPink372, Was everything already sorted out? You can use your backup codes if you still have it to log in, reset your google authenticator and manage your account. Anyways, feel free to send me a message if you have any other concerns. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
