i got the razer blackshark v2 pro and recently its been randomly disconnecting i use it on ps5

I can reconnect it and it will stay connected but just disconnect again after a couple of seconds/ minutes

My headset is doing the exact same thing, it seems to be an issue with the dongle. Unfortunate because this part is not available in the store either. Typical Razer product experience.
